Below is a screenshot from a consolidated, multi-year, multi-company daily cash flow forecast I built for a client who was concerned about whether future operating cash flows could support planned capital expenditures.
Working closely with the client, I developed a model that allowed us to forecast multiple revenue scenarios, understand the impact of fixed versus variable overhead on cash flow, and evaluate the company’s ability to service future debt obligations.
The model also enabled the client to assess different strategic paths — including proceeding with planned capital investments, adjusting the timing of expenditures, raising additional equity, or securing incremental financing.
With this tool in place, the client was able to compare options side-by-side and move forward with a clear plan and confidence in their decision-making.
